Q. Compose a short story from the following outline -
A hungry fox sees a crow with a piece of cheese _____ praises him _____ requests him sing _____ the crow opens his mouth to sing _____ loses the piece.
Answer :-
" The Fox and the Crow "
One day a fox was very hungry. He went out in search of food. He saw a crow sitting in a tree. The crow had a piece of cheese in his beak. The fox's mouth began to water. He wanted to get the piece. He said to the crow, "What a beautiful bird you are ! How sweet your voice is ! Will you sing a song foe me ?" The foolish crow got puffed up. He opened his mouth to sing. The piece of cheese fell down. The fox at once picked it up and ate it. He said to the crow, "I have eaten your cheese. Now you can sing easily." The crow was very sad.
Moral - Never listen to false praise (flattery).
