Q. Compose a short story from the following outline -
A man loses his horse _____ search by his friends _____ horse not found _____ friends return and find him cheerful _____ ask the reason _____ the man says that he was not on the horse.
Answer :-
" A Rich Fool "
There lived a rich man in a village. He was very found of horse-riding. So he had many horses. One night some thieves stole away his favourite horse. The rich man was very sad. He called his servants and friends and asked them to make a search. They went in all direction. They did their best o search out the horse but they found it nowhere. They returned sad and disappointed but they were surprised to find the rich man happy and cheerful. One of the friends asked him why he was so happy. The rich man, a big fool as he was, replied that he thanked God he was not on the horse-back otherwise the thieves would have stolen him as well. The friends simply laughed at the idea.
Moral - Riches and wisdom often do not go together.
