Q. Construct a short from the following outline -
A stag looks at its own image in a pool of water _____ admires horns _____ dislikes his legs _____ hunters arrive with their dogs _____ the stag runs _____ horns caught in bushes _____ the dogs kill him _____ moral.
Answer :-
A Foolish Stag
Once there was a stag. He lived in a forest. One day he was drinking water at a pool. He saw his image in the water. His horns looked very beautiful. He felt proud of them. He admired them very much. But soon he looked at his legs in he water. The legs looked very thin and ugly. He disliked them and began to curse them. In the meantime he saw some hunters with their dogs at a distance. The dogs ean to catch him. The stag ran to save himself. His thin and ugly legs soon carried him far away. The hunters and their dogs were left far behind. But soon the stag passed throught a thick forest. Here his big and beautiful horns were caught in bushes. He tried his best to free himself but all in vain. Soon the dogs. caught him and killed him. While dying the stag realised his foolishness. The thin and ugly legs tried to save his life but the big and beautiful horns. brought his death.
Moral - Never be proud of your beauty.
